Wellness: "noun, The quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort."
Nutrition: "noun, The act or process of nourishing or of being nourished OR the process by which organisms take in and utilize food material."
Exercise: "noun, Bodily or mental exertion, especially for the sake of training or improvement of health"
This course is divided into 12 modules which are sent out weekly. Each module is filled with an educational PowerPoint, BONUS documents for added information & motivation, videos as applicable, and worksheets to help you put it ALL together! Our goal is to have many outlets of educational materials to help you learn best.

- Meal plans that tell you EXACTLY what to eat-We do not want to "dictate" you. We want to empower YOU to make great decisions on your own. Using what we teach you by choosing foods YOU enjoy, you will succeed.
- Full Blown Workout routines- We will equip you with all that you need to know to be an efficient exerciser, BUT we want YOU to decide what workouts YOU enjoy and we'll teach you how to incorporate them into your schedule.
