Hey!
I am so EXCITED to have YOU join this course! I have SO much to teach you, but first let's do a little defining -of-terms, according to Dictionary.com. These terms will be used going forth.
Wellness: "noun, The quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort."
Nutrition: "noun, The act or process of nourishing or of being nourished OR the process by which organisms take in and utilize food material."
Exercise: "noun, Bodily or mental exertion, especially for the sake of training or improvement of health"
COURSE INTRODUCTION:
This course is divided into 6 modules, available immediately. Each module is filled with an educational PowerPoint, BONUS documents for added information & motivation, videos as applicable, and worksheets to help you put it ALL together! My goal is to have many outlets of educational materials to help you learn best.
While I may be the expert, YOU are the only one that can make these changes happen and make them last! My job is to give you the tools needed to succeed, help you along on your journey, and support you "if" you stumble.
